From what I could find it looks like your 2017 Trailstar boat trailer has the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights # TLL160RK which are submersible and have dimensions of 8-1/16" long x 2-7/8" tall x 2-13/16" deep.

Looking at old pictures it appears as though your 1999 ShoreLand'r had rectangular lights like the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights # TLL160RK.
